These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rehla to search, book and pay for point-to-point trips in Egypt, and your relationship with Rehla if you register as a partner rental company ("Seller"). By creating an account or using Rehla, you agree to these terms.
1. What Rehla is
Rehla is a marketplace that connects customers with independent, third-party car rental companies ("Sellers") offering pre-booked, point-to-point chauffeured trips (city-to-city and city-to-airport) across Egypt. Rehla is not itself a rental company and does not own, operate or drive the vehicles listed on the platform.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to book a trip. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Sellers must complete registration, including legal and banking details, and be approved by Rehla before they can list vehicles.
3. Bookings and payment
Trips are paid in full, by card, at the time of booking through our payment processor. Rehla does not accept cash. Your payment confirms the trip at the price and details shown at checkout.
4. Changes, cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel or request a date/time change from your bookings page. Date/time changes are free up to 48 hours before your trip and unavailable after that. Cancelling and no-shows follow the tiered refund percentages described in our Cancellation Policy, shown to you before you confirm.
5. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are independent businesses responsible for the vehicle, driver and the trip itself. Rehla verifies each Seller's registration documents before approval but does not guarantee the condition of any vehicle or the conduct of any driver.
6. Commission and payouts
Rehla charges Sellers a commission on each completed booking, deducted before payout. There are no upfront or monthly listing fees.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rehla's role is limited to operating the marketplace; Rehla is not liable for the acts or omissions of Sellers or drivers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rehla after an update means you accept the revised terms.
