This policy explains what personal data Rehla collects, why, and how it's used, when you use Rehla as a customer or register as a Seller.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile number), booking details (trip route, date, price), payment confirmation from our payment processor (Rehla does not store your full card number), and, for Sellers, company and banking details and legal documents submitted for verification.
2. How we use it
To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and updates by email, verify Sellers before approval, and improve Rehla.
3. Sharing
We share the customer name and contact details needed for a trip with the Seller operating that trip, and share payment details with our payment processor to complete your transaction. We don't sell personal data.
4. Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you opt in at signup. You can opt out at any time.
5. Data retention & your rights
We retain account and booking data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including secure card payment processing, to protect your data.
